Delete your Scan My Treasure account

You can permanently delete your Scan My Treasure account (made by Tara Leigh Technologies LLC) and its data at any time.

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

1. Open Scan My Treasure.

2. Tap the gear icon next to your name to open Settings.

3. Tap Delete Account.

4. Type DELETE and tap Delete forever.

Your account is deleted right away. This works for every account.

Option 2: by email

If you can't open the app:

1. Email taraleightechnologies@gmail.com from the email address on your account.

2. Use the subject "Delete my account".

We'll delete your account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

All of it, permanently:

• your account and display name

• your items, photos, notes, and resale records

• your Treasure Cards and mannequin pictures

• your Arena progress: points, levels, streaks, hunt finds, and achievements

• your leaderboard entries, reports you made, and people you hid

This can't be undone.

What may be kept

• Anonymous appraisal results, which contain no photo, name, or account, may be kept for up to 3 years to help appraise similar items.

• Usage counts, which are no longer linked to you, are kept for record-keeping.
